Hello My name is: Ric Stillson, I was born (this time around) on October 25th, 1954. In the most beautiful town in Michigan, Grand Haven. I am the oldest of 10 siblings, only one of which I am in contact with. My childhood (as with the my entire life) was anything but normal. My parents divorced after only fur years. We were (dirt poor),and to make matters worse at the age of four one of my sisters was very badly burned. As you can imagine that made for an early hectic life at home. My mother worked two jobs most of her life, so one might say I raised myself on the streets and always seamed to be with the wrong crowd. As I was in and out of trouble all the time, I finally enrolled in the marine corp. Once out, I got married at the age of 22 and that lasted for 18 years letting music hold things together. Then things took a turn for what I believed the worse life had to offer. I was sent to prison for 11 years for a crime I did not commit however I was easy to be found guilty based on priors run ins and a mental instability which I continue to fight to this day. It was in prison where I taught my self to draw and “boy” did I draw. Sometimes many drawings in a day, I literally ran out of things to draw. Once out I found a way to live a good life until I had my stroke 2 years ago. With the stroke I lost a lot of (what I considered) many gifts and talents from my music to art.
